In 2000 an electrical contracting business and a high-end hi-fi company started a new business venture. Realising that neither company could provide a complete end to end solution for their clients, it was decided to form a new business model that could…and Intelligent Home was born.
While Smart Wiring was the product required, we realised that to become an industry leader, we needed to go further. It was decided the business would focus on two important strategies to fulfill this market requirement. Firstly, we would strive to become industry leaders in new technology, enabling us to advise our clients on correct solutions for their needs and wire with this purpose in mind.
In other words ‘design right, install right,first time, every time’ This mission has grown Intelligent Home into Australia’s largest installer of Smart Wiring and ‘convergent home’ products, with over 9000 completed jobs over 9 years.
