In meeting with our clients onsite during construction, they outlined the living area requirements. As well as providing a great Multiroom audio entertainment system, the TV viewing areas were limited to a Dual Purpose Theatre/TV room and the parent's retreat. The provision for a TV in the living area was concealed in the fireplace for future access.

Due to the Ocean location, the client requested the outdoor entertaining areas to feature quality weatherproof sound with TV provision. As with all clients purchasing technology for the home, we were asked to keep it simple. One touch remotes were required to offer true integration of Audio Visual areas, lighting control and multi-room audio.

For this two storey residence located within one of Perth's inner suburbs the client requested a solution which encompassed the addition of both audio/visual and custom integration products in key areas which would enhance their entertaining rich lifestyle. Centralised and intuitive control of automation products was a must with the client requiring a minimum of lighting switch plates and the like through where possible

A dedicated home theatre room and large open plan living area were to be fitted with appropriate audio/visual systems so as to meet both the ultra modern aesthetic and performance orientated functional requirements

For this dual function home office and almost resort style domestic residence, the clients expressed a desire for a featured and functional integrated solution which would suit their hectic schedules. The solution needed to encompass all levels and domains of the residence offering total ease of use combined with future flexibility whilst all the while blending seamlessly with the interior decor and constructed atmosphere of each space.
